Yeah. Clone stamp is the basic tool for me as well. Small or narrow areas, especially cell shading (which often needs fixing anyway after cutting out), is just basic brushwork. And of course one can never forget the famous airbrush... But it's basically and fundamentally like Phoenix[numbers] said: Any technique or tool that gets the job done is perfect. That being said, you can't fix images unless you know at least the basics of PS drawing, but that's not hard to learn.
And a Wacom tablet sure made that kind of work much more enjoyable...

This is kinda a strange request but is there a way to make a photograph of a, lets say mountain, and make it so it looks like it was drawn in anime style?
Yes, I have seen Kage's image manipulation tut but I just can't get the effect I want.

I doubt you can use it on the internet, but you can download photoshop and make your own sigs on your computer. I had a link to a torrent for it, let me see if I can find it and I'll post it for you.

No problem, and as for posting in the right section. This seems like a suitable place to post your question, so kudos for that
seeing as how your other posts today didn't get too much positive attention. I'll edit this post with the torrent when I find it. It may take a bit so please be patient.
