What crewmen does Luffy need?

I think Oda has planned OP in depth and I am sure Luffy will get around ten gang members. I might be wrong.

Chopper is 15. Vivi was 16 when she was with the Strawhats and the 19 year old Sanji still fawned over her. So long as the female has a pretty face and a huge rack, a new female crewmember could be 14 years old and Sanji would go for it.

And what chemistry are we talking about here? With Sanji and woman is pretty much a one sided deal. I don't think chemistry is the right word for it. More like obssesion which is really no big deal since he obsesses over every good looking woman he lays eyes on.
