Since you dont read manga how the hell are you making judgements about fight between Kisame and Kakashi.
In manga we have seen Kisame in action and some of his abilities against certain person. Kakashi has grown much stronger. If you dont know his capabilities then your assumptions and baseless and you are an idiot.
