your completely correct (i quoted you because i didnt feel like quoting the above) but vasco i could easily say

1. neji vs sasuke
2. byakugan...sharingan
3. with sasuke's SPEED sasuke runs out of close combat range (what what the fuck do you mean sasuke's not close range combat?! everybody in naruto is besides temari and tenten)
4. sasuke uses cursed seal
5. neji is busy going O_O!
6. sasuke uses speed to perform sheshi rendan (lion combo)
7. lets JUST say neji used kaiten to block sasuke away.
8. sasuke use's a katon jutsu (we havent seen neji's kaiten block chakra attacks so if the flame spins with it... eh i dunno where i'm going with this but...)
9. during neji's kaiten (remember sasuke can perform katon jutsu from far ranges) sasuke does seals and powers up his chidori (with cursed seal affect)
10. LETS JUST say neji blocked all of the katon attack, right after neji stoppes spinning, sasuke charges with chidori.
BOOM fight over neji=owned.
11. and for no reason naruto will use rasnegan
