Sasuke got to get direct hit by this. Ok, let say he could block the front, and fly away like a bird ^o^
35s: Neji stop Kaiten, use 128 Hits immediately (sweet)
As Sasuke is flying away (in the air), there is no way he can block the back / front in the same time now... sasuke force to eat this attack for sure.
50s: 128 hits end
OK, Sasuke got some hits for sure this time... even just one, that is enough... because it will slow down his movement... another 64 / 128 hits can finish him
60s: Neji succeed to hit all chakra point, no chakra flow in Sasuke body, and Sasuke got phy damage from 128 hits as well...
Game Over, Winner is ... Neji, Prefect.
By the way, the whole attack give no time for Sasuke to do hand seal, so no Chidori, no fire spell, or any ninja teachnique. Even Sasuke know Byakugan's blind point, it will not affect at all.
