Seriously, shut up. You and tons of other people don't have any what you guys are talking about. I'm going to break down Neji and his moves.

The problem with Neji's 64 hands of hakke, or whatever it is called, that attacks the tenketsu has been proven to be reversible by Naruto with enormous amounts of chakra. From what we've seen so far, Sasuke at level 2 has WAY more chakra than most characters and even more than Naruto (referring to him outlasting Naruto in their last fight). There's always a big chance that if Sasuke is somehow hit by Neji's hakke attack, he can always recover and fight back just like Naruto did. Neji relying on his main attack to disable someone who has so much chakra is too iffy for me to say that it's reliable and enough to beat Sasuke.

Neji's kaiten isn't even an ultimate defense anymore. We now know that he doesn't spin fast enough to stop stupid spiders from penetrating and clogging his shit up. That just means one thing. Sasuke's 3 comma'd sharingan can counter Neji's kaiten and its fast spin velocity. Then I'm gonna say that Sasuke can dodge every one of Neji's hakke attacks using his sharingan. Neji is a fast guy, but I refuse to believe that he is faster than kyuubi'd Naruto. Sorry, just no.

And then there is byakugan, Neji's most essential ability in any fight. The only slight advantage Neji has over Sasuke is that he can see almost everything around him. But then it all comes down to how fast can Neji react and how good Sasuke's sharingan is. Let me go back to my previous point about Neji not being fast than kyuubi'd Naruto: he isn't faster, and that just means that Sasuke, using his sharingan, can rape his face.
