    You must want to kill Sasuke... Lv 2 Seal take a lot Chakra, we know that.... also, he could lose his mind if he keep in Lv 2 too long. If Neji play long game, and Sasuke use lv 2 seal all the way, Sasuke may die before Neji actually attack him.

    Even i said that, but sound 4 (actually 5) are in Lv 2 for long, but they neither run out of chakra nor lose their mind, i wonder why....
