Did not get it? Just like you searching your penny (1 cent) in your porket, you know where your penny is, but you are not using your eye. Neji's 360 views just the much better version of searching penny. So, Sharingan's hypnoses will not work on Neji at all, once he close his eye.

That's an interesting theory, and you put thought into it. It seems like you're saying it's like touching the back of your head or something. You can do it instantly because you know where everything is, you just can't see it.

But that's not how Byakugan works. Neji can SEE 360 degrees around him. Not all at once though. I imagine it working like a chameleon, who can look in any direction except directly behind him. If I'm wrong, please correct me. The eyes themselves allow him to do this.

I'm basing this on his training with the birds, and basically any time the camera goes into "Byakugan-vision" and shows us what Neji sees.
