once Sasuke releases curse seal 2, Neji wont have time to "hit" sasuke again. This is also saying that Neji manages to strike him. If Naruto can survive the 64 hit "actual damage", Sasuke can can survive it while taking a dump. Unfortunatley for you, in Naruto world (matter of fact, in most animes), opponents always "allow" each other to "power up".
