Actually, no. Look closely, Rukia is drawn much different in this one, with more persission on her facial features. Also, she was wearing a yellow dress in the T.V. series, while she wearing a blue one in the OVA.

The funny thing here is the these both events (aps and the OVA) are one of the same as the OVa is almost the same and this event happens in both
but yes it's the OVA in which this one is featured
