It's a hard thing to balance between action and a deep plot. Now, I have to admit Blood+ hasn't succeeded perfectly in doing that. But I suppose it does earn some credit by not just filling all the eps with simple minded monster slashing, even though that's what the series seemed to be. Saya's current condition is unfortunately an anime tradition, has probably been all the way from Evangelion, if it's not even older than that. Just gotta accept that...Originally Posted by kooshi
