The latest manga chapter is 202 i believe (203 should be out in a day or two i think). We're about 25% thru the current manga arc.

As for the episodes, its hard to say. in another 4 or 5 eps, the current arc should end (assuming they dont expand on the fights, which they probably will). After that, the anime will move on to the current manga arc. So we might actually get fillers for a season or something. But Bleach will easily be 100+ eps. possibly 200 if the manga continues after the current arc.

I'd say were more about 10% through the current arc in the manga. It's really just getting started I mean if you think about the how long the soul society arc was drawn out I think we haven't even seen the best stuff to come. I think that were probably going to see the soul society arc being drawn out a bit more so I'd say it will wrap up in about the 10-15 episode range.
