Well to answer a question that was brought up earlier about why K1 still acts weird when Bell hugs him and stuff. Remember that Bell is the Daughter of the Almighty, and if he does something to her. He could put the whole world and risk. I mean consider how kind K1 really is. I think if you think about that then you can kind of understand. If you also pay really close you that it is never K1 that starts anything with Bell. So if you think about it, it really makes a lot of since.

I disagree. Belldandy has been giving the permission to stay on Earth with Keiichi a couple of times, which is pretty much the ultimate signal that the old man upstairs doesn't disapprove of what's going on. Under those circumstances Keiichi should get the message and proceed forward before it's too late. He might be afraid Belldandy will be taken away one day, but seriously he's already so much in love that I doubt he would miss her any less even if they deepened their relationship. Quite the contrary: If Belldandy was suddenly taken away now, what manner of regrets would he have that he never really showed his affection?
just curious why are they going back to do the widescreen not that i care except for the fact its delaying the new ones but i thought they werewnt going to do this..?

I've noticed in the the second season that it's Belldandy, and not K1, who's taking the initiative to further their relationship.
It's Bell who offers her hand to K1 in ep. 1, while earlier, he's agonizing why he doesn't have the nerve to hold her hand.
It's Bell who kisses him ( on the cheek of course! ) for the first time in episode 3.
I mean, if it wasn't for Belldandy, they'd still be in the "blushing" phase of their relationship.
All around, it's a fun show to watch, and I can see why it's considered a fan favorite.
To be honest, I haven't read the manga because I guess I want to be surprised by what's going to happen next in the series. After the show makes it's run, hopefully after a long run, I'll probably pick up the manga. I have been tempted though, to buy and read it.
Episode 3 in Widescreen
It has also been announced by the two teams that they're going to be sticking with widescreen only from now on.
Why we're going to widescreen only?
1. Widescreen is better, any otaku would want WS over FS
2. Fullscreen raws have been getting progressively worse to the point that they can't be cleaned up enough for Aone's standards. Widescreens are based off digital capture instead of analog. Compare the WS and FS releases. You'll see a significant difference in video quality.
I've seen AMG like four or five years ago and it was like 5 episodes and an OAV. When I read the first page of this thread, someone stated episode 26? If so season 1 wasn't five episodes then? Or were the 26 eps are shown after the 5 episode series?
Well the system the was made only grants genuine wishes since K1's wish came from his hurt then it was granted there wasn't much that could be done about, remember even Bell was surprised when the wish was excepted. And even when they were trying to redo the wish over the phone they couldn't get because the necessary feelings weren't there. Besides I you have to really think about what kind of person K1 really is. He shy even though he has been living with for almost a year.

A really good episode for a change. Now I understand what Church meant way back, when he said he's looking forward to Peorth appearing. Quite a crazy goddess and certainly ready to take things as far as needed...
When I first saw Peorth's appearance, my first impression was that she was a very nice person, almost like Belldandy in a way. Boy, was I completely wrong. She is crazily obsessive! Damn, she's definitely going to add a lot to the comedy factor now
