He used it twice on sasuke at the valley at the end, and he also used it as part of a diversion tactic to distract sakon and tayuya to steal the barrel. But close enough.
Now that you mention it, Kakashi is probably the "help that comes too late" or w/e the next week title is.Oh yeah, it looks like naruto was eatting buffulo wings in that one resturant.
