Yes I agree too but its probably because of the time slot change in Japan. Anyways I think that makes it about three more episodes of flashbacks not sure what the Franky one is but don't think its flashback and I think its new. I hope ADC finds the translator they are looking for during this time so we won't miss much but I'm already grateful and don't mind if I have to wait awhile.

The flashbacks most likely are result of the time slot change. They're exposing the show to a new demographic and they want to make sure they're caught up on the story. They would have made up some filler otherwise, they know flashbacks aren't popular with existing fans.
