Overrated :

Sasuke, Itachi, Oro, Neji (I just simply think hes a prick)

Underrated:

Kiba, Shino, Hinata, Shizune, Naruto

Reason being that I said the underrated people is because they don't get enough story or they just get dissed. Naruto is underrated because he simply get dissed and his own show, like wtf is that?

There are more side characters to that I'd list but I'd feel I'm gonna get laughed at as it is so I will just leave it at that.

Also the most underated 2 characters: Who the hell is narutos parents? (had to ask)
