Yeah, I compeletly agree, motherboard and processor you should go as high as possible first. Besides the fact that high-end models in those are cheaper than high-end graphics cards, as you said, alot of shit has to be upgraded when you finally upgrade a processor. That, and graphics cards are not so dependant on the motherboard as the processor and ram is. As long as there is a pci or agp slot, you can just about get any gc you want (within reason.

Oh, and Turkish, I would suggest double checking the socket type the processor and motherboard are the same type. Odds are your friend has that right, but I'd hate to have you come back and say "The processor doesn't fit in the motherboard". I swear, they shipped me the wrong processor one time (a better one than I paid for) so I had to return the mb and wait a week for a new one. Goddamn assholes, free upgrade, but having to ship the mb back and buy one at a store(what a ripoff) sucked baddly. And since we're talkin about it, what do you plan to use ur comp for? Like what games/apps? Would give us a better idea what you need.
