China I can't speak for, but for most other advanced asian countries such as Singapore, Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, the level of racism is much much lower than some western countries. Just for your info, Singapore is a multi racial society where many people of different ethnic races and religions live together. Sure majority are Chinese (over 75%), but we still have 4 main groups of races and this is one of the special trademarks of Singapore.
The only countries in asia which I believe still have a high level of racism are perhaps the more rural areas of China as well as some of the less developed and pooper countries.
