    Who was it that told he ran around the town in order to test the ninja style, holding his hands high behind his back? That was when we had the thread about the possible advantages of that running style. Just think how much more convincing that test would have been, had the dupe (no offence intended, who ever it was) first followed this tutorial to prepare himself appropriately!
