well, following AssertnFailure's tradition, here are my before & after pictures....
Before:
one of the traditions of the jewish people is to act as if greiving in the seven weeks between passover and the following holyday ('Shavuuot', in engilsh wrriten hebrew, no idea what's it called in english). that grief includes not marrying (not followed by these days) during those days and not cutting the hair (also not followed, but much more relevent to the story, since the army accepts that as an excuse not to shave).
so, i've kept my hair growing.
After:
I gave up after 40 days (of the 49), it's getting itchy and i find my mustach hair getting in my mouth far too much.
this is what i look like after letting my hair grow for a few days.
what do you think, should i go back to having a beard?
please, ignore the fact that i gave you a clear view of my nose, it isn't that funny.
I think you should grow back your beard. Plus, it wouldn't hurt to smile in the future.
