That is seriously what these fricking fillers are like. Anko has all of her signature moves and phrases just like a fricking action figure. Same can be said for just about any other naruto character whose been drawn into a filler. Grrrrr I hate this, so disappointing considering how promising this filler appered to be at first. Damn you studio pierrot writing monkeys! DAMN YOU TO HELL!
