What's wrong with you people? 0.001% out of 3.4x10^9 is not 3.4x10^6. It's 3.4x10^9 x 0.00001 = 34000. Percent itself already is 0.01, so 0.001% is much less.
So, if 20 women out of 100 were pretty (disregarding the fact many of them would be either geezers or lolis), it would be just 6800 pretty figurine collector women out there.

That leaves us with 3400 pretty figurine collector women. Now the current estimates for the loli's and geezers is at ~2.7 billion, thats like ~40% of total.
So take of another 40% of 3400 and that leaves us with the grand total of 2040 pretty figurine collector women out there if the chance is 0.001% :P.
