I have a sneaking suspicion that Sai was planning on that. Although, there could be one, horrifiying possibility....Sai is an Uchiha....Or perhaps some other rare bloodline that Orochimaru might view above Sasuke.
That would be interesting....Since Sai kind of has the Orochimaru body thing going on, I.E-Half shirts showing off belly button, tight fitting clothing, feminine features...etc.
