I can guess there is no harn saying it

It was that the member that won got any 2 or 3 admin changes to his or her account including and not limited to personal gallery folder made to be unlimited, color changes to the user's name or title (I.E look at Terra's posts), Rep points, bigger sig size and Avatars allowed, Custom Title, and any other change that I'm missing that could to be done.

I think the runner-up was suppose to get a custom title or something.

A small signature increase, personal gallery folder and a custom title would have been fitting, but the reputation bonus and color change to the user name I would of disagreed on, since receiving positive reputation from winning a contest would sort of disregard the system from originally getting them from good posts, and the color for names should be left for Administers and AonE staff members.

But, it doesn't really matter now anyways since it's over.
