Then you've got eco-terrorists, the ALF (animal liberation front), ELF (earth liberation front), and by direct financial connection, Greenpeace and PETA.
They're terrorists. They kill people and destroy property. They're ... probably not Muslims -- Muslims are generally for agriculture and eating meat (as long as it's not "haraam" animals, and is slaughtered in compliance with Islamic law), and if Muslims were environmental activists, they would not be in the oil export business.
Now, I agree that the whole Danish Mohammed cartoon thing is just really, really stupid, and that the Muslim world is expecting the entire world to live by its standards. But then, the US does the same thing for human rights. The right to free expression is something we view as inalienable, but not everyone does, in the same sense that the right to pursue happiness, the right to bear arms, the right to vote and the right to practice your religion aren't universally accepted -- it's easy to think of groups that are opposed to any of those things that in the US we claim as fundamental freedoms.
More to the point, this is an old issue. It has already faded into irrelevance.
