what mmo doesnt have a monthly fee?? except for guild wars and ( illegal ) private servers?

As much as I wish these games were free to play, it does take quite a bit of money to keep the servers up and running. Not only that, but GMs have to be paid, as do other members of the staff, which typically means that the charge for the game itself isn't enough, and often requires a monthly fee.
