Ever since I saw the first screenshots of this I've been longing. THE TRAILER!
Goddamn, game of the year already.

How great the first one was can never be expressed enough times.

Lezard making a comeback is awesome news too, hopefully we'll see more returning characters - such as my homeboy Kashell (though that's not likely since he wasn't very popular..)

Great trailer for a great game.
Although I wonder... is Lezard immortal or something? I really don't remember... because this game is supposed to be a prequel (about several hundred years).

Watching previous pictures and videos I always though it was just a look-alike for Lezard... but I guess not.

Silmeria was the previous Valkyrie before Lenneth came into the picture...

So I guess we won't see Kashell Terra.

Oh yeah. I never really thought about that it would be a prequel, I just figured "hay maybe Silmeria broke free :O!"

In that case, yeah, what the hell is up with Lezard?

Time will tell!

Edit: Time for me to go super fanboy mode:

- Hrist will be in it! (I'm pretty sure that's her)
- Rufus looks like a younger Jack Sparrow. I approve!
- I CANNOT EVEN BEGIN TO EXPRESS HOW HAPPY I AM THAT THEY DECIDED TO KEEP THE SAME SYSTEM. Despite the game's gorgeous graphics, the platform elements are still there, and look better than ever. I can just picture it now, walking across those beautiful landscapes, once again starting battles and be greeted by a similar system, indeed, they even kept that LOVABLE fighting system and that also looks amazing beyond words.

Yeah, I also at first believed that Silmeria had broken out of Brahm's prison. This however makes it a bit more interesting if you ask me. Silmeria was one of the more mysterious aspects of the first game and I'm glad it's getting fully explored.

Seeing how Arngrim is supposedly in I believe there's a good chance we'll see other characters such as Kashell or Janus ( <3 ) make a reappearance. Reincarnation is not a new theme, remember Hrist and her Einherjer? As for Lezard... well, my bet is that he put that time machine of his to use.

I've been looking forward to this game since it was announced, not cause I played the origional which I didn't but because throughout Star Ocean 3 they planted the seed about her being a great hero or something like that. And then in Radiatta Stories she was the final secret playable character. She was pretty bad ass in RS just wish I could've used her during the normal game.

Since I had luck getting an unopened FF7 from my local EB Games I thougt I'd try the same with Valkerye Profile but no such luck. They didn't even have any used copies and my mall has 2 EB stores in it . Guess I'll download it from Torrentspy but the version there seems to be giving people trouble.
