before you read: I have never read the manga, but im just giving this warning cuz this prediction sounds like it really could happen, but i really dont think its a spoiler cuz if it infact is in the manga, i dont think the manga would be far enough to reveal this if it infact is true.

I think that Jiraya is infact naruto's grampa, and that the 4th is naruto's father. I dont know who the mother/grandmother r, but look: They all have SIMILAR haircuts, and act the same way (excluding the 4th, we dunno how he acts). Also, Jirayas extreme liking towards naruto. Coincidence? Im sure hes encountered MANY ppl who act similar to naruto, why not pick them to spend 3 years to train?

Is naruto really THAT GOOD of a ninja? I rewatched the Neji v. Naruto episodes, and i noticed naruto bashing neji after he won, saying how a dropout can defeat a genius and all that. Well, im sure a dropout CAN beat a genius, but u have no place in saying it. The only reason naruto won was cuz of his immense kyuubi power to make neji so tired that we wouldnt be on guard as much as he usually is. If naruto was fighting without using his kyuubi power, his below-average taijutsu skills and his 1 ninja technique wouldve gotten him nowhere.
