Nobody could touch Naruto, because everything he touches....gets blown away (so his feet would be his obly weak point ^^).
That resembles a lot to hakkeshou kaiten doesnt it?
I cant imagine naruto being able to release chakra from all his body when he cant even do a one-handed rasengan.... but who knows.
