The episode was overall good. Luffy was hilarious confronting Jonathon. But I still kinda think its bullshit how he knows who everyone is. Especially Robin. And Nami.

I don't think the Commander should know who Nami is, but I can understand how he knows Robin. After Robin walks in wearing the Marine Inspectors clothes and Usopp is found to be lying, why would Usopp go "Hey its me, Captain Usopp from your inspection detail" if it was the real inspector and not an imposter? The fact that Usopp even said anything to Robin gave away her identity.
I have no bloody idea what you are talking about. A doctor and a nurse, who appeared out of nowhere. They were almost arrested. An inspector that arrives completely conveniently. I see no problems here. The commander has been in the marines for who knows how many decades. It's reasonable to assume he might see through Robin's disguise, or at least suspect her. Marines is a military organization. Of course the commander and the staff know what's going on there and who belongs there (and who doesn't).
There was nothing strange there. Like DarthEnder said, the commander just has a detective's mind.

I was impressed how he'd figured it all out about who the crew were. But yes, thinking about it again, as some have said already the clues were all there for him to decipher.

It was a good eps. Usopp and Luffy never fail to make me laugh with their antics. Good filler so far.

good filler so far, just kinda lame that it ended with them in the navy base like that, good plot bad setting.
