Several executive orders passed by multiple Presidents allow FEMA to have even more power than our current government system, and all that is required is a single major crisis for FEMA to be able to enforce unrestricted martial law on the American society.. What's so concerning about all this is there's nothing in any of the documents about restoring order the way it was before, after the crisis is over.
