Anyway, too bad about the RAW, I wonder what happened to whoever they usually get their raws from. Anyway, while entertaining it's foolish to try and come up with explanations of why the fillers should end, since they probably won't end. I would love to be wrong, but when I look back at all the other times the fillers were 'definately' ending I can't help but feel jaded about the whole situation. Mabye the 90 min filler will have Jiraya in it and something useful will actually happen that nudges the plot toward the actual story.

Yeah, that's a very good question, since you would think the quality of the TV transmission is always the same, so the quality of the raw should depend solely on the person recording and encoding it. The raw being bad can only be either recording an analog transmission (do they have those in Japan anymore?) or trying to encode the 90 mins to take much less space than three normal episodes would take.

Well, anyway, Saiyaman seems to have a 557 MB raw out, which would at least eliminate the latter source of quality loss. Let's hope this is indicating a difference.

can i ask if this has happened before with an episode?and if it has how long did it take to fix the quality and upload?i wish they have it available for download tommorow

Saiyaman RAW is out, however, they seem to have some trouble with their site, so it isn't possible to actually download it yet.
