Not that I can remember. If it is, I'd appreciatte if someone told me here - instead of neg-repping me, thankyouverymuch.
And anyway, it's still unoriginal. I've seen tons of characters named Matsuri, both males and females,and the design, manga or anime based, is pretty lacking, at least for me.
