I didn't mind the dolls, it just added some flow to the story adding in that the arc we watched before wasn't useless (but we all know it was).

This EP was awesome, I got my wish of some Ichigo on hollow action. This arc will turn out to be awesome, the proof of this is all the seeds of future events they set up on this one.

And Daddy appearing was awesome in it's own right
