DS Lite or PSP; what would you get and why?

This is how i see it, amount spended on psp, 250$, amount of games i own over 20 (thousands if you count emulation)

How much do you need to get a ds and at least 20 games?

complich8 already handled this I thought.
Groundrules: No cheating with homebrew for either handheld. Purchased games. Bestbuy average prices per game: PSP $35, DS: $35

Using your most recent method:
PSP $200
DS $130
20 games for either at average price: $700

The ability to save those 20 games will add $50 to the PSP.
