I'm just wondering, is that really a direct translation for what they said? Or just an English equivalent? Or is there really a direct translation at all? Cause I never would've figured out what they were trying to say.
I wouldn't translate Sakura's exclamation any different from Naruto's. The basic verb there is "Kuru", which Sakura uses in its plain form: くる, Kuru, while Naruto uses the past tense; きた, Kita. But for me, at least, that doesn't change the meaning. If anything, it would me like

Naruto (before the jutsu): Come on!
Jutsu!
Naruto: You came like that!!?

While Sakura would be
Jutsu! Sasuke/Sai OMG
Sakura: You come like that!!?

But it sounds kinda awkward. I'd say they say the same (and I say translating after two beers shortens my vocabulary), they just change the entonations.... which makes Sakura sound more like Jiraiya than Naruto does. Add the nose-bleed and you have something rather scary.
