I agree with you on this point, though to be honest third world countries have been bearing the brunt of Capitalist self protection far longer than this credit crunch has been around for. And its not just the US, Europe also engages in protectionism, and patronisingly attempt to explain away this double standard by declaring of course there is no such thing as a perfect free market. Which is absolute bollocks when you think at how much third world countries are forced to 'liberalise' their markets in exchange for some miserable commodity quotas.Originally Posted by masamuneehs
