    in certain countries, yes.
    Germany, Poland, Austria, Israel. all of those countries have laws against showing support of the nazi&neoNazi ideals.

    I think that in the US, the same can be said about a child named Joseph Stalin, and supporting the ideals of Communism.

    Well, first of all, that would violate freedom of speech in the US; so that probably wouldn't happen. Also, I doubt most US citizens even know who Stalin is. I personally am not against the idea of communism; but only if its executed properly, which is apparently VERY difficult. Anyway, yea that wouldn't offend anyone unless they're Ukrainian, from the former USSR, or like really old.
