i dunno, i wasn't wild for this episode or anything...

First, I know Tsunade's teh 1337 haXorz Phoenix Down/X-Potion medical ninja, and that Sakura is her protegee, but something about a teenage girl being better at medicine than an ancient, experienced doctor like Chiyo... Well, god is in the machine, and he make 'a you the fresh plot stretch pie!

Why did Chiyo just get kicked out of the medical room after Sakura came in, but Baki and Temari stayed? And no restraints to hold Kank down? No wonder he almost died, the Sand's got ghetto medicare.

I did think the technique Sakura used was pretty cool though. Looks like it's chakra control again, which she rocks at. And for as cool as it looked, it was actually very simple: use water (or whatever that solution was) to extract the poison from the body. Not exactly rocket science here, I mean, it's in like every movie/show when a person gets bit by a snake/scorpion (who you'd imagine Sasori imitates in his style, hence his calling card, the red scorpion). I'm sorta surprised Chiyo didn't try some kind of extraction treatment, but I guess she was focused on making an anti-drug or something along those lines.

It'd be common sense to figure that Chiyo -> her son (who was killed by White Fang) -> his son Sasori. But I know sometimes people here struggle with advanced thinking problems such as this...

I'm intrigued about Kakashi's father. That was the best part of the episode for me.

"We have time to just hang around... talk about our emotions" ... not an actual quote, I'd love for someone to know what I'm refering to here. I spare you further disparaging over the emotional content of this episode, though I suppose it's nice to see more of how Kank views Naruto vis-a-vis his brother.
