Because the fact of having an ordinary ninja who just happens to be really good as an enemy would be a nice change for once in the Naruto universe.

I think Zero might to be that one ninja and that he just has a fetish for ruling.

I wouldn't necessarily call it an enhancement but he definately looks like one of his parents was part shark. Who knows, maybe the reason he has such high chakra capacity is because he's some genetic crossbreeding experiment. Juugi and Suigetsu also fit the mold, both having seemingly natural abilities that are totally outside the scope of normal. For Juugo I am of course talking about his ability to talk to birds.

OR we will get totally blown off; after the huge explosion, the action will cut to Naruto's group, and Sasuke will reappear a few chapters later in that old cat-lady's house getting a few cuts mended and saying something like: "That was too close....I'll get you Itachi!"

But I hope there will be some kind of Tobi confrontation - Obito or not, he's one of the coolest characters in the manga.
