Everything that has been revealed in these past chapters make me think that the end of One Piece will come in two or three more years. *sniff*

When Coby talked about how he was going to fight him as an Admiral one day in the New World makes me pretty certain that Oda is planning on doing a heavy time skip. Actually I always thought that since there is just no way Luffy could sail the whole Grand Line in over one year. =/

I don't see OP as an anime/manga capable of a time skip. It seems every single adventure of the mugiwara must be shown, because Luffy and co. all kick it up a notch at each stops. These arcs are stepping stones for them to reach the top (one piece, pirate summit, whatever you want to call it). A time skip would require that basically nothing significant was done in that time, and Luffy never has an insignificant adventure.

Edit: Ack, man so many things comming up, whats gonna happen next. I never thought I would like One Piece before I acutally picked it up and started reading it (yeah ... I wasnt too impressed by the English dubbed version), and yeah now I need my fix >.<.

One Piece has just jumped another level for me.

Though I reckon the next arc would be something silly at first, not something mindblowing as of yet. Concerning the pirate age. Theres still a few things needing to be wrapped up before they can go for another crazy adventure, Zoro still needs a new sword, maybe Dr. Begabanks would be involved. And Sogeking could use some sea-stone bullets or weapons.
