I just saw this movie. I have to say that it didn't really make much sense, but there's an originality about it that kept me attracted. This is an anime where children are put in adult situations and still.. act like.. children?! This is an extremely frightening, yet brilliant idea that kept me at the edge of my seat during the climax. If I was a less seasoned anime watcher I'd say this movie was quite demented. Hell, it is. I stopped understanding what was happening half way through and just sat back to enjoy the ride. And it's quite a roller coaster.
