I don't know about that. I drank primarily only 2% milk (skipped all the soda and juice) and ate lots of cheese, call it a dairy phase, and I lost about 5 pounds. Unless it's whole milk (which in the States is something around 4% milkfat), there isn't too much other than protein and water in milk. The calcium and fortified vitamin D doesn't hurt either.

I just have always been a fan of that ridiculous pose. It seems utterly pointless, but is an anime tradition.
