The Arcade version of Super Street Fighter IV is out at test locations and the character select screen shows 2 extra slots. There's also a Video of someone playing the Arcade Version. You can see the 2 extra slots at the 10:08 mark.

People are saying that the new characters will be Alex and Rolento. I was hoping for one new female at least. (Karin)
