AonE and Mahou releases have subtitles. Pick either one. The torrent for the AonE release can obviously be found from the torrents section of this place's main site, and Mahou version from Mahou's tracker.

If you still can't see subs with these, then fix your video playing capabilities (like install CCCP or something).
