Well I was referring to Indians or Pakistanis or any other non-Asians who like to refer to themselves as Asians, who visit Japan. The Japanese tend to look down on darker toned people, including anything darker than yellow. Therefore, if you're not yellow, you're not Asian, and hence the Japanese will look down on you.
