it depends on which Tenchi you're talking about. Like there is one that has force fields, those light wings, a light saber, teleportation, etc. But I mean Goku is basically Superman tot he nth power. It might be a close battle, but Goku would most likely win...unles tenchi cuts his hands off or something...
