The imagery is of someone cannibalizing a vegetative person, but the wheelchair gets in the way...

God it's not even funny anymore. You're making me frown today, Ani.

Do vegetative people usually sit in a wheelchair? I'd imagine they spent much more time laying in bed.

For God will not permit that we shall know what is to come... those who by some sorcery or by some dream might come to pierce the veil that lies so darkly over all that is before them may serve by just that vision to cause that God should wrench the world from its heading and set it upon another course altogether and then where stands the sorcerer? Where the dreamer and his dream?

It was a fine joke to begin with but Ani not getting it made it even funnier.

I don't think abuse of comatose patients is anything to joke about or laugh at. I remember the scene from Kill Bill. Somethings should not be joked about or treated in a trivial manner.

You're in America, it's practically par for the course to make fun of different/unfortunate people here.

Beyond that I think humor is a great way to remind us we're all really the same. Being able to laugh at yourself is especially important.

I don't remember cannibalism from either Kill Bills, but it has been a long while since I watched them, I admit. But then again, if somebody is about to get eaten, I'd say the victim being unconscious is more humane.

No cannibalism, but Uma's character's comatose body is abused by orderlies.

That won't do you any good, FF11 and FF14 are MMO's, they don't represent what FF is all about at all ;P.

missing a day of work over the weekend, thinking I was fired. Went into work today, everything is good, I still have a job, and was scheduled to have today off anyway. (phone died last weekend, so no contact) almost got into an accident this morning cause I was so stressed about losing it, but all is good, and now I can relax at home and watch some shows

Finally got upgraded to IE8 from IE6 at work.

Doesn't fix everything, but tabs are a godsend.

I just found this picture of Orihime getting knocked up and then holding her stomach saying "I reject!" (to abort it) I'd post it but I wouldn't want to violate your precious no-porn rule. The FAQ says keep it tasteful and CLEARLY we have different perceptions of taste.

Something should be done about this.

You can always link it right?

I mean, as long as you're not posting every porn.jpeg you found that made you smile...

If I get the go ahead from a mod I will. The rules say no porn though.
