You'd work for BP after that oil spill mess? Just kidding, congrats, hope you get the next interview.

For God will not permit that we shall know what is to come... those who by some sorcery or by some dream might come to pierce the veil that lies so darkly over all that is before them may serve by just that vision to cause that God should wrench the world from its heading and set it upon another course altogether and then where stands the sorcerer? Where the dreamer and his dream?

They are probably in need of financial analysts especially after such an oil spill mess. They should also get a public image analyst, but that was never BP's cup of oil.

From my knowledge, they're opening a financial facility in each major city on the gulf coast to access their financial situation in the states.

That's where i come in. If i get the position, I'll need to move to Dallas and work with a group of financial and market analyst.

I think I finally got the power steering fixed on my car, after over 4 weeks of messing with it. I would have fixed it sooner or just let a shop deal with it but I didn't need the car so I tackled it myself and took my time. You'd be surprised how elaborate a power steering system is, and your modern car can't run without it (it can, but not for long since you risk seriously damaging the pump and steering rack if fluid isn't circulating). It feels good to fix something like this yourself, though I had periods of self-doubt and frustration where I almost just gave in and took it to a shop.

Great work, dude. It is quite satisfying when you successfully tackle a seemingly impossible job.

There's this guy at work who looks like a rougher, muscular version of George Clooney, and he's making me a little bit gay.

AT&T Uverse is having a free premium channel Thanksgiving weekend. Recorded a bunch of movies I've been wanting to watch, and others I wouldn't have considered before.

In a freely distributed local newspaper today there was an article about a guy "seeking perfect sound", like the title put it. I thought maybe he's something like Bill - until I started to read the actual article. It turns out the dude recently spent 60,000 euros to get new stereo speakers. 26,000 of it (yes, twenty-six thousand) he used in the speaker cables, which the article described as short, to boot. The price was so high, the dude explained, because the cables were handmade of gold, silver, and "space metal".

Apparently he had visited a hifi convention and some storekeepers had convinced him that anything less will make the sound unpure.

No wonder a couple of summers ago I saw a Hummer equipped with a subwoofer the size of a freezer in front of a hifi store, bearing the store's stickers. If they find lots of suckers like this guy, money must be flowing in.

Gold and space metal are lies. Not sure about silver though.

Yeah, everyone knows you're supposed to use directional (input and output labeled), solid core, nitrogen isolated, triple-layer alternating-polarized sheathed cables that have solid gold connectors.

    Anything less would be...uncivilized.

Some dude approached me in the gym locker when i was totally naked and asked me for tips on how to get an ass like mine.

I was weirded out until the point i realized i had been complimented, and then told the dude about squats.

What's with you and being naked? Just kidding, that's pretty awesome getting compliments at the gym. It does feel a little gay, but at least someone notices your accomplishments.

Any particular reason why it warrants a need to share with us?
