uhm, did i miss something? as far as i could tell, bella wants to be a vampire so she can spend forever with edward. she's just averse to the idea of marrying so young, because her mother's marriage turned out so badly. it's not like she wouldn't still want to become a vampire if she married edward.

and i actually liked jacob, until he went all "i know you love me and i won't leave you alone until you admit it *forces bella to kiss him*"

about host, i actually picked that one up first when i went to chapters. then i realized that it was written by the same author as twilight, who i'd heard good things about, so i decided to buy twilight instead. i'm definitely going to pick it up soon
